Returns & Refunds:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send the product back within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping)                                Any product sent back for a refund must be in like new condition and must accompany original invoice or receipt. If the product is damaged in any way the product will not qualify for a refund. Any shipping during the return process is covered by the purchaser.                                                                              There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.                                          You MUST FIRST contact Bowfinger directly via email at Info@BowfingerArchery.com to start a return.                                                         Please include in your email: item being return, reason for the return and a copy of your receipt or invoice number. (You do not need an RA number) Please be sure your items are not loose in box and properly wrapped. Items damaged in shipping upon their return will not be eligible for a refund. Please include a tracking number when you ship your return.Product(s) purchased through a dealer, distributor or an individual is not eligible for a return from Bowfinger. Please contact the company or individual you purchased it from to discuss THEIR return policy.

Warranty:

All Bowfinger Products are made in the USA and are made to last a lifetime. The lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship for life under normal use and does not cover cosmetic wear, damage or misuse. The lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner of the product. Bowfinger Archery will replace or repair the products at no charge. For warranty claims, you must call or email before sending item back so that we can determine the best solution for you. 

Restocking:

Bowfinger Archery reserves the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee on any returned product in opened or damaged packaging.

Bowfinger Archery reserves the right to modify any and all procedures and policies at any time.
